Our Skin-Passed DX51D Galvalume Steel Coil delivers superior formability and enhanced corrosion resistance for construction applications. Featuring a hot-dip 55% Al-Zn coating (AZ100-AZ275), it provides 2-4 times longer service life than standard galvanized steel. The skin-passing process ensures a smooth, spangle-minimized surface for excellent paint adhesion and eliminates stretcher strains during fabrication. Compliant with ASTM A792/A792M, it is an ideal choice for structural and architectural projects.
