GB/T 2518 DX51/52/53/54D+Z , Q195/21 Standard Galvanised Steel Coil Cold Rolled
It is made by taking hot galvanized sheet and zinc-iron alloy hot galvanized sheet as the substrate through surface pretreatment, coating one or more layers of liquid coating by roll coating, baking and cooling. The used coatings including polyester, silicon modified polyester, high-durability polyester, polyvinylidene fluoride, epoxy and high corrosion-resisting coating are widely used for building, transport, home appliances, solar energy, furniture, etc. It is mainly used as the side door plate of refrigerators, and shell of DVDs, air conditionings, freezers, and washing machines.Hot-dip aluzinc steel sheet is substrated on cold rolled steel(CRC)in various strength and specification Coating composition is 55％aIuminum in weight ratio．43 4％zinc．and 1 5％silicon with excellent corrosion and heat resistance performance.Hot-dip galvanized steel sheets (GI) are produced by passing the full hard sheet which has undergone the acid washing process and rolling process through the zinc pot, thereby applying zinc film to the surface. GI has a thicker galvanized layer which has excellent anti-corrosion qualities, and is the type of steel sheet used most commonly.
